• Can I use the Pump on a Wave controller such as Hydor Smartwave?

  Hydor don’t recommend the unit is used on a controller.

• How do I choose the right size?

  Check the Flow rate table

• I have broken the Red Ball joint off at the back of the Pump, can I get a replacement?

  Most breakages occur when the magnet is first fitted. The Red Ball Part isnt easily replaceable on the product. IMO the Magnet should be fitted at the factory.

• My Nano Koralia Pump is Running in Reverse.

  This can be due to the Nose Cone being damaged. Please check if the front of the cone is damaged and if the 2 pieces of plastic inside the cone are not broken. There should be 2 pieces of plastic sticking inwards on the cone, if one of them is missing, the pump can run in reverse, If the nose con...

• There is No flow from My pump.

  Please check our maintenance guide first.The outer surfaces of the pump should be clean. Then check if the Propellor rotates easily in the pump. Check also that the magnet part of the Rotor is glued firm to the propellor.
