What is the recommended setting for Smartwave?

Hydor suggests a 30 minute setting should be ideal for most reef situations. You may wish to use the 6 hour setting to simulate tides by using the pumps in an alternate mode. Hydor also recommend using the 6 hour mode when introducing New livestock to the aquarium.
