Fault Finding : The Wifi Controller light is Blinking Red? What does this mean?

Check the Propeller is not blocked by any Aquarium debris such as Plant matter or Aquarium detritus and that the pump is completely immersed into the water.
If the problem still persists, check all the connections from Koralia WiFi pump to Controller and Controller to Mains.
