First, make sure you have installed the most recent version of the Hydor app.
Make sure you that your Wi-Fi network is enabled, then check that the Koralia WiFi device is connected to your tablet/smartphone.
If the problem persists, reset the pump and repeat the connection setup procedure.
- ANDROID System
First, make sure you have installed the most recent version of the Hydor app.
Make sure you that your Wi-Fi network is enabled, mobile networks deactivated, gps local servives active and check that the Koralia WiFi device is connected to your tablet/smartphone.
Remember to deactivate the mobile networks during connection setup and use of all other Hydor Wifi devices.
Once the connection setup procedure is completed you can reactivate them.
If the problem persists, reset the pump and repeat the connection setup procedure.
